1. Zero-Knowledge Database Proxy Guidelines
RepliKube operates as a pass-through proxy layer. We intercept SQL statements, manage connections, and execute logical sync pipelines without ever storing, viewing, or parsing your database payloads or row values. Encryption keys are fully isolated in secure customer-managed KMS systems.
2. Information Collection & Use
We collect basic administrative credentials (emails, billing coordinates) and system metrics (e.g. cluster TPS, regional latencies) to configure database proxies and maintain our services. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
3. Data Protection and User Rights
All administrative actions and configuration changes are logged with immutable audit trails. Customers retain full control over data deletion, region routing selections, and backup configuration management.
